If you do not receive a return SMS within 15 minutes, re-send the SMS code.
If you still do not receive a return SMS, contact your operator's customer service center.

Answer 'yes' or 'accept' whenever you are asked.
I received a message that says: Internet connection requested. What should I do?
Kantoo English requests an Internet connection to check that your learning content is current and/or to download new content as you progress.
Downloading during the trial is free.
Can I continue my learning when I am abroad?
Yes. You may continue your Kantoo English studies abroad.
When you are abroad, the Internet connection and data tariffs may vary. Please check with your operator prior to departure.
What happens if I change my operator during the program?
Kantoo English is exclusive to our partners.
What happens if I change my phone during the program?
Check the list of supported cell phones.
If you keep your old phone number:
- Download and install Kantoo English on your new phone.
- Open Kantoo English and allow connection to the Internet.
- You will be identified by the Kantoo English Learning Management System.
- Download and install Kantoo English on your new phone.
- Open Kantoo English and allow connection to the Internet.
- You will start as a new customer with a new profile.
