English Program
• The Kantoo English program is divided into 4 courses, with 8 learning units in each course.
• Each unit focuses on a different topic, exposing you to the most useful vocabulary, phrases, and sentences related to that
topic.
• Each unit covers a different element of English grammar.
• Units include new words, sentences, and conversations, as well as some review of material from previous units.
• Students progress through the program in sequence, from one unit to the next, building their skills as they progress through
the levels. At the end of each unit the student is required to complete an activity that integrates all the material learned
in that unit.
In order to ensure optimal progress through the program, this Integration activity is compulsory, and is a prerequisite for
advancing to the next unit.
• At the end of each course, students may apply for a certificate of completion that is awarded on the basis of performance
on an end-of-course test. Students who do not need a certificate may elect to go through the program without taking these
tests.
• Students who find the first units too easy may take a “placement test” that will direct them to the most appropriate level
for their continued studies. The test will be offered to you twice during the first unit, and will subsequently be available
throughout the entire first course in the menu.
• In addition to the complete program on the handset, Kantoo English offers FREE study material for each unit that may be printed and used at any time in this website, under Print/Free Content.
